Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be eaten up by mosquitos. All these years I thought I was one of those lucky individuals that had sour blood or something. Mosquitos only rarely bit and when then did, it was no big deal. I don’t know if the mosquitos here in Arizona are super tough or whether I have just been lucky. Whatever the reason, my arms and legs become a checkerboard of scabs reflecting where I scratched a little and them some more to relieve the itch. Ouch.
Not wanting to apply chemicals to my skin, I took to my essential oil laboratory, okay my kitchen, to see if I could come up with a blend to repel those nasty little blood suckers. After a bit of trial and error, today I share my “Bye Bye Bites” essential oil blend that so far, seems to be working.

Sometimes you just have to start. For the past three weeks I have said: “Self, today is the day I am going to start writing on Strategic Living”. Ha! Easier said than done!
