20drops Ginger
20drops Peppermint
20drops Lemon
20drops Grapefruit
10drops Cinnamon Bark
Instructions
The easiest way to create this blend is to add the oils to an empty essential oil bottle. There are 90 drops total which will fill a 5ml bottle. Even better, consider a dropper bottle. Once you have this blend on hand, you can choose the best way to use it in your particular situation (roller ball, salve, massage oil. etc.).
