Cabbage Soup aka "Miracle Weight Loss Soup"
The best part of this delicious soup is you can eat as much as you want, whenever you want!

Ingredients

head of cabbage
chopped

cup
celery
diced

cup
white or yellow onion
diced

cup
carrots
diced
1
red or green bell pepper
diced
2-3
cloves
garlic
minced

cups
chicken broth
preferably organic
14
ounce
can basil oregano, garlic diced tomatoes (see note below)

Tbl Italian seasoning
1/2
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
few shakes of black pepper
1/2
teaspoon
salt
optional
Instructions
Pour the chicken broth and canned tomatoes into a large pot. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat.
Cook until cabbage is tender, about 20 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
I tend to use tomatoes with fire-roasted peppers and often double the amount to two cans.
