DIY Essential Oil Sleep Blend

This is a recipe for making a DIY essential oil blend that will enhance your ability to get to sleep and stay asleep.

Ingredients

  • 20 drops Ginger
  • 20 drops Peppermint
  • 20 drops Lemon
  • 20 drops Grapefruit
  • 10 drops Cinnamon Bark

Instructions

  • The easiest way to create this blend is to add the oils to an empty essential oil bottle. There are 90 drops total which will fill a 5ml bottle. Even better, consider a dropper bottle.  
    Once you have this blend on hand, you can choose the best way to use it in your particular situation (roller ball, salve, massage oil. etc.).
